By clicking "Accept & Enter" on our gateway or by purchasing an artifact, you acknowledge that your IP address, timestamp, and User Agent string are logged in our secure Audit Facility. This log serves as proof of your explicit agreement to these Terms. You waive any right to claim lack of notice regarding these policies.

3. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. 4. Production & Manufacturing (POD)

Made-to-Order: You acknowledge that Stage IV products are manufactured on demand via Printful. Production times (2-5 business days) are separate from shipping times.

Variations: Slight variations in print placement, garment hue, or sewing tolerances may occur during the manufacturing process. These are not considered defects unless they exceed industry standards.

5. Accuracy of Billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Stage IV or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States.
