Authorized Quality Claims

The colony stands by its craft. We exclusively authorize replacements or credits for artifacts that suffer from the following verified anomalies:

  • Manufacturing Glitches: Misprints exceeding 1.5mm, embroidery failures, or structural seam ruptures.
  • Transit Compromise: Documented physical damage sustained during interstellar shipping.
  • Manifest Mismatch: Receiving an artifact different from your digital order (wrong size, design, or model).

Claims must be initiated within 30 days of the artifact's arrival at your coordinates.

Document the anomaly with high-resolution photographic evidence including the full artifact and a close-up of the defect.

Initialize contact via our Secure Channel. Attach the visual logs and your Order Hash.

Our logistics team will verify the claim with the Printful production facility within 48 hours.

Redeployment
